California Issues Travel Advisory Urging Visitors to Self-Quarantine for 14 Days After Arrival

Persons arriving in OR from other states OR countries, including returning OR residents, should practice self-quarantine for 14 days after arrival. The Golden State is now averaging about 6,300 new cases a day over the past week, up from about 3,200 a month ago, according to a Times analysis.
