Nvidia had begun to signal a major GeForce GPU announcement as of yesterday. The graphics card manufacturer will broadcast this event on the internet.

Rumors suggest that Nvidia will likely unveil its latest GPUs at its upcoming event, and one of those products could be the next-gen GeForce RTX 3000 series graphics cards. The timeframe matches up with roughly when the RTX 2000 series was launched, which coincided with Gamescom. The rumours originate from Youtuber Moore's Law, as to the validity of the claims (or guesswork), we can't say a thing, as we just don't know. And august 31 could also be a reference to the official launch of Ampere, which is NVIDIA's next-generation graphics architecture. However, it does give away that September is going to be the month when Nvidia finally releases the new family of graphics cards. The board partners assured that they are still ordering the GPU present in the RTX 2070 from Nvidia. Nvidia had announced Ampere with the A100 chipset designed for scientific computing, cloud graphics, and data analytics back in May. We'll be keeping an eye out for any extra information in the weeks to come. Contrary to the end date presented by the company yesterday, the event will occur on September 1. Before we enter the future, join us to celebrate the biggest breakthroughs in PC gaming since 1999 and what comes next.
