They've just announced 3 new products to the market, one being a new advanced Fitbit model - Fitbit Sense. It is to note that the products are available for pre-orders in the U.S., however, they will be launched globally by September-end. The Fitbit Sense is the company's all-singing, all-dancing smartwatch that places a big focus on health, sitting above the Versa line and created to eventually replace the Ionic. Using the EDA Scan app, users place their palm over the face of the device to detect small electrical changes in the sweat level of their skin. The new Fitbit Sense smartwatch also comes with the world's first EDA Sensor for Stress Management, SpO2 and Skin Temperature Sensors. The new Fitbit Sense and Fitbit Versa 3 smartwatches both run a version of Fitbit's own operating system, but they're also the first Fitbit devices to support Google Assistant voice interactions.

In addition to all these ways the premium new smartwatch can help you stay healthy and fit, the Sense also has a high-quality glass-and-metal build going for it, as well as a large and sharp AMOLED display, standalone Global Positioning System functionality, a battery life of more than six days on a single charge, a built-in speaker and microphone, wrist payment support, and both Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant integration.

If you thought the 6-day battery endurance scores of the Fitbit Sense and Versa 3 were impressive, wait until you hear how long the Inspire 2 fitness band is supposed to last between charges. The Sense launches this Fall for $329 at Fitbit's website and has a range of accessories coming along with it that start at $30. It additionally has a built-in speaker and microphone.

Fitbit has launched two new fitness smartwatches and an updated fitness tracker.

The Fitbit Sense is also capable of performing an electrocardiogram - just like Apple and Samsung's recent EKG-ready releases - in order to serve up detailed heart rate data with atrial fibrillation detection, though that's still pending FDA approval. Preorders for both watches start off now by means of Fitbit's website, and they'll release in the United States in late September.

Another novelty is compatibility with Alexa and the Google Assistant, and fast charging. "We see signs of illness from health metrics like breathing rate and heart rate variability one to two days before symptoms are even reported by the user". Fitbit says that due to the current COVID-19 outbreak, it has become necessary for users to take care of both their mental and physical health.

Most of the Sense smartwatch's extraordinary features lie under the hood as the actual wearable looks pretty similar to the company's Versa smartwatches. By leveraging the on-device sensor, you can also rest assured that your mileage and pace will be tracked a lot more accurately, too. It has more than 20 hole-based exercise modes, advanced sleep tool, and 24/7 heart rate tracking. In addition to data, Fitbit's continuously adding resources to Premium - things like meditation sessions, exercise programs and healthy eating routines - to persuade users to pay $10 per month or $80 per year for the service.
