Veteran English rock band Rolling Stones has issued yet another warning to Donald Trump, asking the President of the United States to not use their music for promoting his campaign. On it informs BBC referring to the statement of lawyers of the group.

On Saturday, the group sent out a statement saying it is enlisting BMI, the performing rights organisation that oversees public use of the song, in their quest to keep the track from being used for politically partisan purposes.

The Rolling Stones have now taken action to prevent Trump from using "You Can't Always Get What You Want" after he did so again last weekend in Tulsa, Oklahoma. After Young requested that the president stop using his song about freedom, Trump's campaign manager said they'd respect Young's wishes and stop playing the song.

They warned that further use could result in a lawsuit for quote playing music that has not been licensed.

However, a glitch that BMI and Rolling Stones need to contest is that Trump may continue using the band's songs in the pretext of the rally venues holding a blanket license for all performances taking place.

Now, the Rolling Stones are going a little further by threatening legal action.

The Stones are not the first major act to call on the president to stop using their songs.

"The BMI have notified the Trump campaign on behalf of the Stones that the unauthorized use of their songs will constitute a breach of its licensing agreement", the official statement from the organization read.

"Both the late Tom Petty and his family firmly stand against racism and discrimination of any kind". Ironically, Trump would play "Rockin' in the Free World" at his rallies. Petty's 1989 hit "I won't back down" was played at the rally in Tulsa.

"Their tune" She's a rainbow" was also played in the rally.

Among other famous performers who have accused Trump of illegal use of their music are Elton John, Adele, Rihanna, Panic! "You Can't Always Get What You Want" was used without the band's permission".
