Forever the thorn in Hugh Jackman's side, Ryan Reynolds turned up to crash the event, which was part of the Global Goal: Unite For Our Future fundraiser. Only, it didn't go that well once another member of the X-Universe dropped in: Deadpool himself, Ryan Reynolds.

But Ryan Reynolds, who was in X-Men Origins: Wolverine, joined the call and things took a bit of a turn - much like numerous X-Men films do. That's because Ryan Reynolds recently crashed a virtual gathering of original X-Men actors, who were celebrating the first movie's 20th anniversary. Jackman gently tried to push Reynolds out of the reunion - "See ya, Ryan" - when the Deadpool actor revealed that he'd actually invited a few others from different X-Men films.

As part of the Global Citizen: Unite for Our Future benefit special, Hugh reunited with X-Men co-stars Halle Berry, Patrick Stewart, and Famke Janssen on Zoom.

"I hope it's okay if I join", Reynolds says, noticing the awkwardness.

Making an excuse to leave, Janssen said, "I actually have a James Bond reunion Zoom now", to which Berry chimed in, "Oh God me too".

"Split reunion", James said, while Patrick added, "Star Trek". "Guess it's just you and me, Logan".

Jackman's disappointment only grew as Liev Schreiber (Victor Creed/Sabretooth) jumped on the call, super pumped for an Origins reunion. On the platform, viewers can learn about issues, take action on what matters most, and join a community committed to social change, with the company believing they can end extreme poverty with the collective actions of Global Citizens across the world.
