On another installment of his ABC show-from-home Thursday night, Jimmy Kimmel - along with his famous friend Jennifer Aniston - surprised a young nurse who is quarantined after contracting COVID-19.

The nurse, Kimball Fairbanks, found out she tested positive for coronavirus earlier this week. She also has to be apart from her family for two weeks, including her 4-year-old and 18-month-old kids.

"I kind of felt like I got hit by a train", Fairbanks said.

"Jen, I don't know if you can see how much more excited Kimball was to see you than she was to see me", Kimmel joked. "But overall...it feels decently manageable".

"I just have to say, God bless you and all of you that are out there doing what you're doing", Aniston told Fairbanks over video chat.

After Kimmel asked Fairbanks how she has been feeding herself during her illness, the nurse said she's been mainly ordering delivery.

Jennifer Aniston hadn't left her house in "three weeks" when she revealed to Jimmy Kimmel that quarantine hasn't been hard for her and shared what's been the most trying part of being alone. "I don't even know how to express my gratitude to everything you guys are doing and putting your health at risk and all of that".

Aniston also informed Kimmel of what's going on inside her own home in the Los Angeles area, revealing she hasn't left the house in "three weeks". She had to stop working and self-isolate without her two small daughters, so to thank her for her bravery and selflessness, the two stars surprised her with a $10,000 gift card to Postmates and additional gift cards for every nurse on her floor at the hospital.

"But you have to use it all in one shot", Kimmel quipped.

Jennifer says, "The most challenging thing is watching news and trying to digest what's going on out there".
