Heavyweights Deontay Wilder and Tyson Fury have both promised knockouts to avoid going to the judges' scorecards when they meet again on February 22 in Las Vegas with Wilder's WBC world title on the line.

It's unfinished business like an EPMD album and a calm and confident WBC World Heavyweight Champion Deontay Wilder has promised to finish the job against former unified titlist Tyson Fury. Whether Fury is celebrating in a little more than a month's time remains to be seen. I need to know.

The charismatic undefeated British fighter faces the unbeaten Wilder at the MGM Grand on February 22, after the two men battled to a draw in Los Angeles in December 2018.

"This time around I'm in full health, I've got both of my hands together, and with Deontay Wilder, I'm unstoppable". This is boxing and sometimes fighters have to put up this front like it's all good and nothing gets to them or nothing hurts them or we're always acting tough and stuff because of the sport that we're in, but I'm a realist. Bermane Stiverne didn't make it out of the first round in his second bout with Wilder, and Ortiz lasted just three rounds. Twitter had plenty of fun with that. "I won't run", he continued.

"I told Fury two years ago I was going to baptise him and I did just that. I am going to knock him out of those ropes".

"I've never been as sure as anything in my whole life", he added moments later. Dontcha know! I gotta to keep active & the testosterone flowing for the fight. "One hundred percent, he can not win". Fury suffered a gruesome cut over his right eye during the latter bout.

Anthony Joshua has publicly declared some few weeks back that he wanted Fury to beat Wilder and so offered to spar with him and help him prepare for Fury and Wilder's February 22 rematch, an offer Fury accepted. For long stretches of that bout, Fury's boxing skills riddled Wilder. The "Gypsy King" vows that Wilder won't be able to detonate and land it this time. "He has to put it there, but this time.it won't be there".

"But when you have devastating power like I do, you don't worry about rounds", Wilder said.

Fury also said he's willing to slug it out with Wilder in a Marvin Hagler-Thomas Hearns style of fight to prove he's the better fighter.

"I won't be running, you won't have to look anywhere for me", he said. You're going down in two rounds. Two! "He is getting knocked out in round two, 100%".

"I am looking for knockout number 21 [of his career]".

"Though he's saying it, I don't feel his energy that he believes it, that he's going to do that", Wilder said. "I feel like he's nervous because of what happened the first time".

Wilder didn't sound fazed at all. I'm going into this fight knowing I can't win a decision.
