Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, who launched his charity earlier this year on "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon", will be visiting "Jimmy Kimmel Live" on Monday night. Kimmel and Mahomes talked about his recent bachelor party in Nashville, what it's like living in Kansas City, and even met one of his craziest fans on live television.

It was the last point that allowed Mahomes to profess his love for not only the town but the fans and the ways they've "embraced" him. "Now, this is the kind of loyalty you've already inspired there", Kimmel told Mahomes.

During a visit Monday on "Jimmy Kimmel Live", Mahomes was asked who he is taking to the ceremony, which will be at 7 p.m. on ABC (Ch. 9). "When I was in college, she said if I make the ESPYs or I if I get to go there, she wants to be my date". Mahomes jumped right in.

Mahomes has a couple weeks left before he's due back for training camp and a run up to his second full season as the Chiefs starter. They handed out the award for "Best NFL Player" to Mahomes while he made his appearance on the red carpet ahead of the awards ceremony.
