The unified world heavyweight champion will press ahead with his planned USA debut at Madison Square Garden in NY on June 1, live on Sky Sports Box Office, after Jarrell Miller was refused a boxing licence following an adverse finding from a drug test.

"Even the very fighter that was asked to replace Miller, Luis Ortiz, tested for banned substances", Fina added.

"We have now received news from VADA that Jarrell Miller has now failed a second separate test for a further substance".

Miller had previously denied knowingly taking any banned substances.

This is because Jarrell Miller was tested positive to bad substance ahead of the fight according to the latest report on UK Mirror.

This past Wednesday New York State Athletic Commission (NYSAC) revoked Miller's license upon finding that he tested positive on March 2nd's an out-of-competition sample for GW1516 a test administered by the Voluntary Anti-Doping Association.

Anthony Joshua will receive confirmation of his world title challenger in the "early part of next week" with an America-based opponent viewed as the "ideal" choice, says Eddie Hearn.

During the promotional tour for the fight, Miller said both fighters had agreed to between 10 and 12 weeks of drug testing in the buildup to the bout.

In a grovelling video message posted on Instagram, Miller said it was "time to do right" and pledged to "come back better". "A lot of ways to handle situations and I handled it wrongly and i'm paying the price for it".

"I've been training all my life for fights like this so I would not miss the chance to fight Anthony Joshua". I hurt my family, my friends, my team, my supporters, but I'm owning up to it. I love you guys and I appreciate you guys out there, and as fighters we go through a lot and I don't want to make it a bad name for ourselves.

Joshua's boxing promoter Eddie Hearn said the show must go on as camp is actively recruiting a new candidate.

"AJ's June 1 opponent will be announced next week - if you don't think you can beat him clean then delete my number". In addition, Miller will lose out on at least another $3 million because his deal with DAZN called for two $1.5 million comeback fights in the event of a loss to Joshua.

"And when he text me the other day "I swear I've never taken anything, this is bullshit", I was going to reply".
