A teaser released by ABC also shows Llamas asking Mrs Trump about her husband's alleged infidelities.

Trump commented on the movement during a sit-down interview with ABC News reporter Tom Llama, who traveled with the first lady to Africa. I do stand with women.

After describing how she was being blackballed, when Llamas asked her to name names she said: "I would not talk about it, they know who they are".

Asked if that means she thinks accused men have been unfairly treated, she said the accused have to provide proof to be believable. The first portion of the interview was aired on Good Morning America on Wednesday morning. She added that she supports women, and also men. "You can not just say to somebody, I was sexually assaulted, or you did that to me, because sometimes the media goes too far". President Trump is pushing the conspiracy theory that Kavanaugh protesters were paid actors, financed by George Soros.

"I feel they're choosing the politics over helpings others", Melania Trump said, declining to spotlight any organizations in particular because she doesn't "want to put them out in front of the world".

President Trump himself has been accused of sexual misconduct by a number of women since launching his campaign for president, claims he has denied.

Mrs Trump spoke out as her husband appointed Brett Kavanaugh as a new Supreme Court Justice despite sexual assault allegations made against him.
