It will be a significant benefit, given that next year Samsung plans to introduce its first flexible flagship, the Galaxy X.

The Galaxy Note and the S Series are nearly similar. Due to that state of affairs, Samsung is said to have lowered its expectations for the Galaxy Note 9's sales to 12 million, only a million up compared to the 2017 Galaxy Note 8 series.

The Galaxy Watch will have a 1.2-inch display, which is about the same size as the Samsung Gear Sport. The new price is being reflected on Amazon India, as well as Samsung India's e-store. This technology is now being used in smartphones, even in Samsung mobiles which include Samsung Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9 Plus. Just last week, Samsung registered the Galaxy Watch branding with the Korean Intellectual Property Office, and has taken similar action with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).

We now know that Samsung has a new smartwatch on the way thanks to a filing with the FCC. It looks like we will have to wait until August 9 in order to find out which operating system will Gear S4 use.

Samsung's smart assistant, Bixby, will be built into the Galaxy Watch.

However, more recent reports from SamMobile suggest that the Galaxy Watch will in fact stick with Tizen, Samsung's in-house wearable OS.

We first got wind of the new Galaxy Watch concept back in May, via a trademark application made at the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). As the device will have support for Bluetooth, the S Pen could be used for triggering a long-range remote self-timer and for controlling music playback as well. More details will be revealed when Samsung officially announces the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 on the 9th of August.
