Game of Thrones co-stars Kit Harington and Rose Leslie exchanged vows on Saturday in a romantic ceremony at Kirkton of Rayne church in Scotland. He said "it's an absolutely lovely day for us". Her father Sebastian Leslie, an Aberdeenshire councilor and the chief of the ancient Leslie Clan, dressed in a traditional Scottish kilt, escorted her. Harington wore a long black jacket over a cream vest, white shirt, black tie and gray pinstriped trousers.

The couple, both aged 31, met in 2012 while playing on-screen lovers - Ygritte and Jon Snow - in the TV drama. They will get hitched at Wardhill Castle in Aberdeenshire, which has been in Leslie's family for 900 years. Accessorising with a pair of very "in" mini shades in popping red and a black clutch, she turned heads with her grunge look.

Guests including fellow Game of Thrones star Sophie Turner - who herself is engaged to Joe Jonas - as well as Maisie Williams and Peter Dinklage.

Small signs reading "Happy Ever After" stood at the top of the driveway to the castle. Harington and Leslie announced their engagement in September in The Times of London.

In March, Rose spoke to E!

"Their wedding is going to be siiiiick", she told Vanity Fair. The distance "does make things a little bit trickier, but no, for the most part we agreed on most things", she added, "which is good". "I popped my question a bit early", he said on Britain's "The Jonathan Ross Show".

"The country is lovely. the Northern Lights are magical.it was there that I fell in love", he said. "I think for the final season he is so stressed that he's reached that peaceful level".
