Melba Vasquez | 10 Июня, 2018, 21:30

To be made available for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, gamers can look forward for the release of Kingdom Hearts III on 29 January 2019.

E3 2018 is underway, but the first big bit of Kingdom Hearts III news came at the end of the Kingdom Hearts Orchestra -World Tour- concert in LA.

In a post to Twitter the official Kingdom Hearts account announced the release date, along with debuting a short 10-second teaser. Nomura confirmed the release date for the game and apologized that it's a bit later than planned.

Kingdom Hearts III director Tetsuya Nomura, accompanied the announcement with a brief apology to all of the fans who have been eagerly awaiting the title for years, and who were expecting to finally get their hands on it sometime in 2018. He added that Square Enix will release "a few trailers" and other information for the game at E3.

Kingdom Hearts is one of Square Enix's most popular franchises. Set in a vast array of Disney worlds, Kingdom Hearts follows the journey of Sora, a young boy and unknowing heir to a spectacular power.

Interestingly, a new trailer was also showed during the concert, featuring the likes of Tangled and Ratatouille.
