Award winning actress, Ruthie Ann Miles has tragically suffered a miscarriage, just weeks after her daughter was killed in a vehicle accident in March.

Ruthie, 34, and her four-year-old daughter Abigail Blumenstein were hit by a auto in Brooklyn back in March. "This past Friday Ruthie and Jonathan lost their baby, Sophia Rosemary Wong Blumenstein", the lawyer said.

'The pain suffered by Ruthie and Jonathan is almost impossible to fathom'.

Miles was in her 39th week of pregnancy, the Journal reported.

There is more heartbreak for one of the families that lost their child in a horrific Brooklyn crash. "Let's surround them with love while they grieve and try to get through this incredibly painful time".

Her daughter Abigail Blumenstein was killed in Brooklyn, New York.

Ruthie - who was seven months pregnant at the time - was injured in the accident, while Abigail was tragically killed.

Miles, who also is known as Ruth Blumenstein, was pregnant when she was badly injured in the crash.

She and husband Jonathan Blumenstein were expecting a baby girl. Prosecution told Peoplemagazine that Bruns was arraigned on charges of "manslaughter, criminally negligent homicide and assault".

The heartbreaking crash happened when Ruthie and her friend Lauren Lew were walking back from a church event with their two children - when a woman in a white Volvo allegedly ran a red light. Abigail, Miles' daughter, and Lew's 1-year-old boy, Joshua, were both killed in the crash.

She claims she had a seizure.
