Ronaldo has also demanded a transfer away from the Spanish giants at the end of the season.

Ronaldo has endured a hard start to the current campaign, with just one La Liga goal all season.

Real Madrid superstar Cristiano Ronaldo will reportedly use all his stature and influence at the Bernabeu to stand in the way of the club from making a bid to sign Tottenham's Harry Kane.

Ronaldo would like to leave on June 30 and has made his intentions clear to the Madrid hierarchy.

They claim Ronaldo was not pleased by a contract renewal offer he received from the club, believing that he is not valued highly enough by the European champions.

Meanwhile, Spanish football journalist Edu Aguirre who works for Spanish TV station El Chiringuito reports that Ronaldo has informed club president Florentino Perez of his decision. He feels undervalued and thinks that the new contract shows how little Madrid value him. Ronaldo told beIN Sports in October that he is happy with the contract he has now.

Cristiano Ronaldo has struggled for form all season, managing just one goal in La Liga so far.
