Mariah Carey's Former Security Guard Threatens to Sue for Sexual Harassment Mariah Carey's Former Security Guard Threatens to Sue for Sexual Harassment

Mariah Carey's former security boss has threatened to sue her for sexual harassment and branding him a white supremacist. Man, who put forward such accusations against the singer, was the head of a company that provided security for the artist. Anello claims he was promised another 2 years which would add $511,000 to the tab.

In the draft of Anello's suit obtained by TMZ, he alleges Carey consistently humiliated him by referring to him and his colleagues as members of the various hate groups.

He claims that as well as repeatedly referring to him as a Nazi and a skinhead, she just " wanted to be surrounded with black guys, not white people".

In the draft lawsuit, which has not yet been filed, Michael Anello, the security guard, said Carey committed "sexual acts with the intent that they be viewed by Anello", according to TMZ.

On one event amid an excursion to Cabo San Lucas, it's asserted Carey asked for Anello's assistance with moving some gear in her room.

When he arrived at her room he says she was wearing a see-through negligee that was open, and though he tried leaving she insisted he move the luggage.

Meanwhile, Anello reportedly is not happy with what Mariah has agreed to pay and his lawyer says he is keeping the lawsuit on the hold until the negotiations are complete. Anello said that there was no physical contact between them.

Mariah's management crew told TMZ they were in touch with Anello's lawyer Monday and were agreeable to pay certain invoices, but according to reports, Anello is not satisfied with the amount he's being offered.

TMZ claims it has acquired a duplicate of a draft claim arranged by Anello's attorney which charges sexual and verbal badgering, including calling him a skinhead among different slurs.
